I have a konica minolta 2430 dl and ordered a reset chip for magenta and cyan (twice). The required chip has 2 holes in the chip, one for the screw and one as a guide for a post to be inserted.
The chips I recieved have a differant curcuit board and only one hole for the screw none for the post.
How can I get the right one sent to me?
